Yoshio Masuda
Born in Tokyo in 1928,
graduated from the Faculty of Letters, University of Tokyo in 1950.

In the field of cultural anthropology,
Ibero-American cultural history,
Pioneering achievements were well known.

the directors of museums all over Japan.

At that time, he used to be an emeritus professor at the University of Tokyo.

At the appraisal,
an unprecedented number of excavated items are stored in good condition in abroad,
almost as they were when they were completed.
While showing high praise for the excavated items,
he was also keenly interested in the future trends of these items.
